BEFORE AND AFTERCARE

Before we leave for Caracas:

You will get a mental coaching and activating massage

1- With mental coaching First, we plan an intake interview together. During this intake interview we will look at your request for help. we will work with you to find out what the underlying and real need is. We help you to find your inner motivation and make you aware of your underlying need. What moves you to do something, or what keeps you from something? With this mental Coaching you are mentally prepared, ready for the operation.

2-Activating massage:

With an activating massage, the emphasis is on stimulating blood flow to the muscles and maintaining the condition of the muscles. The actions are firmer than with the soothing massage. With these massage techniques we can loosen the connective tissue and remove knots from the muscles. For an active effort, this massage can actually help to activate the muscles. Waste is removed faster from the muscle tissue and nutrients are absorbed more easily, which allows a faster recovery. The massage oil we use is 100% natural and we tailor it to the type of massage. It is important to drink enough after the massage, so that waste products can be removed more easily.

3-When we have arrived in Caracas you will have an introductory conversation with the plastic surgeon about the treatment. This conversation also offers you the opportunity to express all your wishes and expectations. The plastic surgeon would then paint a clear picture for you so that you know exactly what will await within the opportunity to perform the treatment in a responsible manner. You will also undergo a number of medical examinations, these are mandatory !! The last day of the proposed period of your staying  in Venezuela, there will be  a check-up performed by the Plastic Surgeon to see if you are ready to travel back safely.

4-When we are back in the Netherlands we will continue with aftercare treatments and support for a MAXIMUM 1 MONTH.
